Arrow Out! ("the app") is made by Viktor Berg ("we", "us"). The short version: the app has no accounts and we do not collect your personal information. The app is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob.
Your progress — levels, coins, boosters, settings, daily-puzzle times and streaks — is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The app shows rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one) and occasional full-screen ads between levels. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect and process data such as:
On first launch you may be asked for permission to track (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK) you will see a consent form, and you can change your choice later from the privacy button on the home screen.

When you tap "Challenge Friends", the app creates an image and text with your daily time and opens the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to share it.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
