Neon Merge ("the app") is developed by Viktor Berg ("we", "us").
The app itself does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information. Your game progress (score, level, tokens) is stored only on your device.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data as described in Google's privacy policy, including:
On first launch you may be asked for tracking permission (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. Where required by law (e.g. GDPR regions), you will see a consent dialog and can change your choice at any time.

Purchases (token packs, Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can remove interstitial ads permanently with the "Remove Ads" purchase in the in-game shop.
